They told me today that I am the only person who has ever recommended fixing it. They said therefore everyone must like the current behavior and would not fix it.<br><br>If you are a TradeStation user and are willing to contact them, you can do it either through their email at&nbsp;<a href=\"mailto:support@tradestaion.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">support@tradestation.com<\/a>&nbsp;or through the desktop platform.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It is better to do it through the platform because it then goes directly to the engineers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><em>Here is how to communicate directly with the engineers through the platfo<\/em>rm:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>In TradeStation, go to View and then TradingApp Launcher<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>At the top, you will see an orange box with a question mark, called Feedback.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select it to open the popup:<br>Choose Report a Bug.<br>Enter your email.<br>For Select App, choose Chart Analysis.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In the \u201cSuggest a feature here\u201d box, type something like: <br>There is a problem with maximizing and restoring charts.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><em>Problem description:<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>You will see it if you do the following:<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Have 2 or more charts in a workspace.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maximize one of the charts.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Use the scroll bar to look at bars to the left.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Then use the scroll bar again to see the most current bar.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Restore the chart to its original, smaller size.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You will not see the most recent bar unless you again use the scroll bar.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>This problem developed a few years ago.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prior to that, it worked correctly: when I made the chart small again, I could see the current bar without having to use the scroll bar again.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>I have been trying for several years to get TradeStation to fix the problem with re-sizing charts.
