It triggered the High 1 bull reversal bar of last week and ended as a small bear bar with tails above and below.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Next week is the last week of the month. So far, the month is a small bar near the high of March. If next week is sideways as well, the month will end up as the smallest month since 2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">NASDAQ 100 Emini futures<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The <em>Weekly<\/em> NASDAQ chart<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.brookstradingcourse.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/04\/NASDAQ-Weekly-tight-trading-range.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"680\" height=\"383\" src=\"https:\/\/www.brookstradingcourse.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/04\/NASDAQ-Weekly-tight-trading-range-680x383.png\" alt=\"Nasdaq Tight trading range on Weekly Chart\" class=\"wp-image-176567\" title=\"\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.brookstradingcourse.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/04\/NASDAQ-Weekly-tight-trading-range-680x383.png 680w, https:\/\/www.brookstradingcourse.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/04\/NASDAQ-Weekly-tight-trading-range-300x169.png 300w, https:\/\/www.brookstradingcourse.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/04\/NASDAQ-Weekly-tight-trading-range-768x432.png 768w, https:\/\/www.brookstradingcourse.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/04\/NASDAQ-Weekly-tight-trading-range-1536x864.png 1536w, https:\/\/www.brookstradingcourse.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/04\/NASDAQ-Weekly-tight-trading-range.png 1920w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 680px) 100vw, 680px\" \/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>There is not much new this week.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>As was likely, the market triggered the High 1 buy signal bar of last week but reversed from around the high of past 3 weeks.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The market is in a tight trading range for past 3 weeks \u2013 Traders are buying near the low of prior week and selling near the high.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The problem for the bulls is that they don\u2019t have consecutive bull bars anymore.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In other words, after the strong move up in March, the last 3 weeks have been a weak doji bear bar, a bull bar, and a weak bear bar.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If bulls need this leg up to continue strongly, they need consecutive bull bars. Otherwise, it becomes a leg in a trading range.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The next bull target is the close of Week of 8\/8 at 13569.75 \u2013 the last bull bar of the micro channel up in August.
