A test at some point seems inevitable.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Still, the current tone shifts.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>From bullish optimism to caution and patience.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Bitcoin <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The <em>Weekly<\/em> chart of Bitcoin <\/h3>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><a for most of the year<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In late Q3, price broke through $74,000<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Rally extended to $100,000, peaking at $108,000<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A three-month double top formed<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The neckline at $90,000 broke and retested $75,000<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>$75,000 became a critical level:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>It was the breakout point of the 2024 range<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>It matched the IBIT ETF breakaway gap<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Buyers stepped in strongly<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>No signs of panic selling appeared<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.brookstradingcourse.com\/analysis\/bitcoin-heading-100000-bull-target\/\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/www.brookstradingcourse.com\/analysis\/bitcoin-heading-100000-bull-target\/\">High 3 Reversal<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>After the early 2025 lows, a High 3 setup formed<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We identified it as the first valid buy setup since the correction<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The trigger led to ok follow-through, which was also validated within our report<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bulls hit their 2:1 target this week<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Keep in mind:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The High 3 happened inside a bear channel<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>That reduced the probability of success<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>But the reward-to-risk was favorable<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Many traders took the trade on that basis<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Trend and Supports<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Trend traders may still wait for a close above all-time highs<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>But they also need a tight trading range to form<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Without one, stops are wide and risk is high<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A tight range would offer a better entry<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Below current prices:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>26-week EMA may offer dynamic support<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>There\u2019s a 4-bar bull micro channel<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Buyers are likely below this week\u2019s low<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Bear Positioning<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Bears do not have a clean short entry<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>They may wait for a Low 2 or Low 3, or ii, ioi setups<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Takeways<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>April\u2019s gains followed the Q1 rebalancing play we highlighted<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>High 3 buyers took profits, they\u2019re not fueling the rally now<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>No clear presence from bulls or bears at this moment<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ask yourself:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>If no one\u2019s committed, what\u2019s likely to happen next?\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A sideways or pullback seems likely<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>But no strong case for either side exists <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We should not care about what happen next, but what do we do next:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Buy a Breakout Mode Pattern<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Buy a H1, H2, H3 <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Buy at hypothetical range&#8217;s low, below $75K<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Selling Bitcoin long-term charts is not recommendable, better only look to sell on weekly or monthly if it is profit taking<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-css-opacity\" \/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The <em>Daily<\/em> chart of all-time highs<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>After each bear breakout, the market moved sideways or higher<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>That behavior made bears look weak<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>At $75,000:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Price tested the breakout point level from the weekly chart<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Filled a Breakaway gap on IBIT zone, created during a major bull breakout in 2024<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Also tested the 365-day EMA<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Institutional support by rebalancing fund demand<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Then:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Bull breakout above the 30-day EMA<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Next, breakout above the neckline of a double bottom around $90,000<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Target of $100,000 was reached this week<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Price even overshot the target<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We expected a second leg up<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Instead, we got a strong continuation breakout<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>That should raise a flag:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>When a breakout follows a breakout, it often leads to exhaustion<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>This smells like FOMO rather than sustainable <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Why?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Weekly bulls took profits, that\u2019s selling<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Who\u2019s buying?
