This is a strong enough surprise that the odds favor a second leg up in a test of the November 20<sup>th<\/sup> high.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>November 20<sup>th<\/sup> was a large sell climax bar at support on the daily chart. This increases the odds of buyers and a test of the November 20<sup>th<\/sup> sell climax high.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The Bulls are hopeful that this is the low of the next several weeks and that the market rallies up to the 7,000 round number.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>At the moment, the odds favor a couple of legs up lasting a few weeks.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The bulls are hopeful that today will form another strong bull trend bar closing on its high and above yesterday\u2019s high. This would be another sign that the bulls are gaining control.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">E-mini 5-minute chart and what to expect today<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The E-mini formed a strong downside breakout with bars 3-4. This was a strong enough downside breakout that the odds favored a 2<sup>nd<\/sup> leg down. However, the bull managed to form a strong reversal up with bars 5-6.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bars 5-6 trapped the bears and increased the odds of a 2<sup>nd<\/sup> leg and some kind of measured move of bars 5-6, even if the market had to go sideways first.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The bulls formed a strong bull rally up to the bar 35 close. This is enough buying pressure to increase the odds of buyers below after any pullback for several bars.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The bears will need to increase the selling pressure before they have a chance at getting a reversal. I show each buy entry bar with a green arrow and each sell entry bar with a red arrow. If a trader was trying to be Always In or nearly Always In a position all day, and he was not currently in the market, these entries would be logical times for him to enter. These therefore are swing entries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"caption\">It is important to understand that most swing setups do not lead to swing trades. As soon as traders are disappointed, many exit.
