I am answering your email on topic. As you have also posted here the answer is that the payment is being declined by your bank.
Solution is to try another card/method, or contact your bank/card issuer to find out why they do not allow your purchase. They have automatic systems, and this can happen if the system decides that someone other than you is using your card - ie fraud.
I tried 2 another card and also contact my bank about this and they said there is no problem in their service. What else should i do ? I dont have a paypal account so i cannot use that way.
I see you have succeeded, good. Never believe the bank when they say no problem at their end! Our payment gateway uses very sophisticated AI algos and the decision to block a purchase is out of our hands. Many banks still run on steam engines it seems, so take what they say with a pinch of salt as they say. 🙂
