The second bull bar that finished strong was an anticipation the gap up and bull trend start? No i didn't take it, it was just an exercise ... i'll compare to Al Brooks chart and see if that was a valid entry ...

Some good observations, you missed some entries though compared to Al. But thats okay I guess. The most obvious ones you nailed.
One thing I might add. There aint being enough room you said in the beginning in the BOM/TTR is a thing I also used to say. But you can still hold short there I think, cause the PA in the TTR is angled towards bearish and just below the EMA. So it has a higher chance of breaking down to the downside.
