The 'Complete' system only tracks your progress and has no impact on how many times you can watch a video. You always have full access to all videos to watch as often as you wish, with no worries.
If you want to clear the 'Complete' status for any single video, just click button again and it should cancel. There is also a reset feature to clear all videos completed under the course progress listing.
