I'd like to trade 65Minutes chart's on stocks but with that said do we need to check the higher timeframes such as daily/weekly? i'm totally confused while Al says to focus on your timeframe . Can somebody please shed some light.

Higher timreframe charts help to understand context but dont let a higher time frame talk you out of a good trade setup on your chart.
HIGHER TIME FRAME GIVES U IMPORTANT LEVELS AND THE RELATIVE CONTEXT.
BUT FOCUSING ON YOUR CHART (i.e., your 65 Minutes Chart in your case) gives U the ideal set-ups to trade, esp. when focus fully well on the chart in front of you without any distraction.
