Is there any significance to gaps between legs in a bull wedge? Al only mentions gaps in a bear wedge.

My interpretation is that there would be no difference. If a bull or bear wedge has significant gaps that don't fill, it shows that there has yet to be significant reversal pressure and the trend is likely to continue.
