One thing I struggle with is I draw my flags too early before they have fully developed. On slide 6, Al talks about connecting points that have 3 reversals however this is easily done in hindsight but in real time trading, I tend to "jump the gun". For example on that same slide 6, why wouldn't the pattern be connecting from (starting from Point 1) Point1, Bar 7 and then Bar 11 for the top? Is there a rule of thumb that can be used to wait so that you can see the full pattern develop? Thanks!
