Al tells how to enter by limit order, but I am really confused that where to keep the stop-loss if taken limit order entries as Al also tells in his course that after entry there must be an protective stop

Yes, stop-loss is a must and those entries require a wide one, normally at some kind of MM, and better to scale-in, so they are not recommended for beginners. Check the videos on stops (#33) where he might discuss that.
