Al said it's a reasonable sell entry, context is trading range, that's ok, a strong bull bar BO follow a bear inside bar, it's a sell signal, when next bar trade below signal, then sell entry, that's ok.
But my concern is it's a tight bull leg with several strong bull bar, we should wait 2nd entry because it's tight. Then follow 4 decent bull bar and BO above old high, I think most traders would stop out including me, and use a wide stop is not good.
There are several 33 videos... which one do you refer to?
It is a management decision: you can always chose what stop-loss to use, the wider or the tighter. If you use the tight one and you are stopped out, you can enter again at the second entry. If you use the wider, and can scale-in, your probability goes higher hand in hand with your risk. So you are right and the traders using a wide stop are right as well, as long as all manage the trade properly!
