Al says its a possible 2nd leg trap for the bears. However, the chart shows a bull climax in a TR- so it should be a 2nd leg bull trap, trapping bulls into believing the market will go higher- but if they look to the left they will see that they are still within the TR.
Is it 2nd leg trap for the bears?- if so- please explain - or is it an error? (I listen to every word and I write a lot if what he says too- that's why I've noticed it)

He means favorable for the bears so, yes, it is a second leg bull trap.
