Why is this considered increasing buying pressure instead of TR?
It IS a trading range as noted on slide title. But then buying pressure within the range.
All the reasons for buying pressure (WITHIN RANGE) are noted on slide, so no reason to ask question unless I am missing something here.

That is the reason to ask question.
The slide shows the relation between selling pressure and buying pressure within a TR.
The buying pressure is increasing in relation to the selling pressure, therefore the odds starts to favor a bull BO out of the TR
