Does Al mean to use the height of the trading rage as a measured for both both directions of a breakout?
BHey Brian,
Yes you are right, Al means that the TR is a MM Target for a Breakout up or down.
Uusally the TR will have a BO to the Downside, but the TR was more then 20 Bars and so loose the momentum for a downside BO. This measn the market is in balance and a upside or downside is likely. So 50/50 up or down.
