In slide 1 , Al says that shorting after that that tight bull channel should only be for a scalp , not a Swing or MTR.
In slide 2, Al says that this is a good short for an MTR.
So why is it different , I don't really get the difference here .
It is important to remember the MTR is only 40%. The difficulty is the we always want high probability.
Al is correct (no surpirse). The structure between 1 & 2 are very different. Compare the two graphics using these questions:
a. Compare the strength of the uplegs between the two charts. There are some important differences for bull strength.
b. What is happening at previous pivot highs?
c. In 2 - what happens when a previous high is exceeded? (note in 1 you haven't known for awhile).
