I thought K71 was a buy setup as final flag after parabolic sell and a decent bull outside bar, but it was a sell setup marked by AL. Wondering what I missed here.
Also, don't know why K77 is a buy setup.

Al marks entry bars, not signal bars. Al marks stop entries. The market did not go above b71 so it isn't even considered for being marked (was not that good of signal bar anyway as Carpet mentioned).
b76 is the buy setup (the signal bar). b77 is the entry bar, by entering with a stop order 1 tick above b76.
