Do you have a specific way to filter stocks for trading on a specific day?
I used to go to Money Control and look for the top gainers and losers in the Futures market. But by then, I'd have missed a chunk of the trend. Do you shortlist some stocks and just keep an eye on them?
How do you narrow down on stocks to focus on?
I am also interested to know if there is any way to screen stocks using price action, unlike others using technical analysis which may use moving average, stochastic crossing etc., any specific way we can use?

The "Trading Options for Day Trades" video put up earlier today in "Bonus Videos" has a section on "Which Stocks" starting at about 38 minutes. Should help.
I have also suggested to Al that he do a video on "How to pick stocks" for the Bonus Videos section in future. But the above mentioned video should help for the time being. Have 5 more new Bonus Videos in the works so any stock picking video is not going to come for some time yet.

If you are day trading, then provided your account size allows it, I think nifty or bank nifty would be ideal for following Al's method. They both have almost all the characteristics which make Al trade S&P 500.
