Got your email on same topic but best to answer here as you have posted same.
Sorry but giving out all the transcripts would not be good. I get many requests for same, along with subtitle files would you believe, usually from pirates wanting to make their own illegitimate work easier.
I am not saying you are a pirate but we need to adopt safe practices given the insecure Internet and mail systems we use. So sadly, the pirates force us to control and restrict such assets as transcripts.
Hope you can find a way to work without such. Hand writing and studying your own notes is a most valuable learning resource. You do not need every word of the course.
