Al says this pullback (marked red by me) held above the low of the bull trend. So this might be the resumption of the bull trend, and here we have a decent buy signal bar (marked green arrow by AL) closing on its high. SO traders will buy on a stop just above the high of the bar.
My question is why would traders not buy above the high of this bar (bar marked blue by me) since trader may assume that this might be the resumption of the bull trend. Bar marked with blue arrow also fits the same description that Al describes with the buy signal bar in the chart.
