I see that if you cancel it's full refund. What is the refund policy if I had to cancel? What are the cut-off dates for this? Maybe it wasn't clear to me. Thanks

If you request a refund there is a 5% charge to cover the credit card/bank fees. There is no cut-off date for cancellation. The hotel may have their own fees for cancellations close to the conference date.
