What order entry front-end do people use here? Something that has hotkeys for normal-sized entry, small-sized entry, scaling in, close some, close all, reversing, etc?

Here's an example of Ninjatrader's order entry buttons and hotkeys.Â
However, they also provide a very convenient ability to right click on a chart and place orders at clicked price immediately from a dropdown.Â
