Does a Trader need to know where People are trapped ? How do we know where People are trapped and how do we use it to read the Price Action better ? Also an example of the concepts would be useful.
I get the Idea that Insitutions buy/sell on every Bar and if their Positions reverse and have a Loss that is to big they are trapped and forced to close their Positions, which adds buying/selling Pressure. However since nobody knows exactly how many Insitutions are trapped and where they want to exit, how can we predict when they are closing their Positions ?
