I wonder if we can trade both high probability and 40% MTR trades is there will be bad traders equation after many trades or not

You can trade 20% probability MTR as long as your profits are large enough to count for your losers.

Devesh, for 60% probability trades you can go with 1x target to be profitable, and 40% with 2x targets. Both will have a positive traders equation.
