In this Slide Mr.Al said that a Gap formed by the big bull bar with a low, but why didn't he use the next low (with red line) ?

Isn't the first big bear ball the break out of the first low and the TTR, and a gap is formed with the big bull bar. Whereas the second low has no gap with the big bull bar?
