My question is about the trade that I circled.
Al says that buying the bull breakout is a good Trade betting on a 2nd leg.
I am confused, isn't that a 2nd leg trap in a Broad Bear Channel or Range?
Wouldn't it be dangerous to buy there or hold after that good looking bear bar which also had a bear bar follow through?
I really struggle with these types of days and hearing Al say that buying at the top of a range, after strong 2nd leg, and holding through a pullback is a good thing to do really confuses me.
The better buys were the lower entries for sure. But, if you missed those you can still get in with small size and a wide stop betting that the always in direction continues to be long.
