Saw the video where Al discusses PBs, in trends and that we can get a 50-100% bigger PB than the biggest PB in the trend, in a strong trend. Don't remember which one is it. Also i don't remember this topic so much, so i want to revisit and freshen up my memory. I think it's supposed to happen around the midday, and it's an attempt by the opposite side to make the trend fail, but eventually the failed BO fails and becomes a BO PB.
