Hi.
My 20 bar EMA lags behind what I see on Al's charts on big gap up days. Am using the standard EMA indicator at TradingView set to Length = 20 Source = Close. I am showing only RTH bars on the chart. Is Al calculating his EMA differently? Please see attached files for the discrepancy.

I just checked that day on NT8. It looks like Al's. There was no big gap up

That is strange. TradingView shows a close on Mon Mar 11 2024 of 5124.75 and an open on Tue of 5206.25 so an almost 80 point gap up
Hi, enable B-ADJ in bottom right (next to the time) on tradingview
Also make sure you have EMA and not SMA
