In Al Brooks's 10 Best Patterns, the first one is a Tight Bear Channel: Minor Reversal Lead to Major Reversal:
What is the strong bull signal bar here? I ask, because I often see this happen on the charts:
Here you have a tight bear channel into a minor reversal that breaks out of the channel. But then you have consolidation for a while. Is there a strong bull signal bar here for taking the eventual breakout?
