I'm studying Video 8a, Slide 15, and I'm having trouble fully understanding this part:
"Close that reverses closes and extremes of more than one bar (here, one bar)"
Can someone please explain what exactly this means?

Perhaps the candle referred to in the red box is one where the close is significantly lower than the closes of the preceding candles, and the current candle’s close is below the lows of the previous candles.
Right?
