My question is about the H1 setup. Why is the H1 only formed on the next Bull candle and not on the first Bull candle right after the two Bear doji?
The purpose of counting is to place context on pullbacks. A 1 tick movement at the top of a pattern isn't sufficient to title the #1 marking as a pullback. The area marked is more of a tight trading range.
