On 60 min chart, the bar with orange box is a bull bar, but it would be a bear bar if the open is right on 5 min chart .
And there's not enough 5 min bars between red line on 60 min chart
Wow, I am sometimes amazed of details that you do see in charts...
Waiting for Richard's answer, one reason could be the one you pointed out, a wrong open, and other could be that the 60 min chart is a globex chart while the 5 min chart is a session chart.

Sorry for delay in response. Been studying this trying to find a way of understanding what has happened! Yes, as @ludopuig noted you have a fine eye for detail!
I will need to follow up with Al and see if a replacement chart is needed.

Al is a serious trader, he can see very detailed price action(such as noise is not real noise, algorithmic computer's action) and try to describe with his unique language. That help us understand PA and learn. We should also learn how to thinking from him. When trading think every situation can happen that can summarize to one or two if you are concentrate on similarities and differences, then respond to trade.
When learning, not learn only but thinking. You are right a man cannot too focus on in trading, that's why we don't trade less than 5 min period chart, we need time to thinking what happened and what most likely to happen. My 2 cents.
Ok guys, solved the puzzle!
We need to modify slide to move the 5-minute line across to next pair of peaks. I will see if I can rerecord slide keeping Al's original narrative, and creating new laser pointer moves to point to right places. If not, Al will need to rerecord.

Update done and video replaced. I found that due to Al's narrative I could not use the modified 5-min chart DT so had to modify the 60-min chart to suit. Works out fine. Thankfully no need to bother Al for re-recording slide, as that would mess up subtitles making more work. 🙂
