Sorry for late reply as I thought I had answered this! Anyway.
The course is designed to teach you price action trading. The course is more than swing and scalp trading so take your time. No hurry to get good.
All the stuff you list, with the exception of options bonus videos, should be studied from the many trusted sources on the Internet. Adding all that to course would make it extremely cumbersome and overkill. So please focus on learning how to trade with price action.
We will be adding general information on such market topics later this year (videos and articles) to help those who need such overviews, but for now, focus on course and do not get distracted wanting to know everything. Keep it simple.
