It's a bear bar closing on it's low after LH DT and start of 2nd leg down. Why didn't Al mark this as a sell?
Wedge BL flag at 50% PB and after 3 CCBLB, a second leg up is so likely that this probably is less than 40% chance and for Al to mark it as swing he needs at least 40%.
The second leg came a bit later and went sideways instead of up.
Maybe because it was following a parabolic bear wedge that followed and even stronger entry and was thinking the leg down would only result in a scalp before a 2nd leg back up after the strong rally
