'Better than a 50% pullback'. What exactly is this pullback, from where to where? and why was it termed 'better'?

Its a pullback of the rally from the first bull bar on the chart to the swing high. "Better than a 50% pullback" I believe he is saying it slightly overshot the 50% pullback.
