Hello, I recently opened an account with NinjaTrader Desktop to trade the E-Mini's and quickly discovered it does not have the ability to turn off Pre-Market data so I can see the gap at the market open. What is a good platform that I can use that will allow this? What do they use in the Trading Room?

Fred, I tried and could not figure out how to do it so I asked tech Support at Ninjatrader and they told me you can not turn off Pre-market data. Are they wrong?

Fred, That works! I guess we just have to live with the 3 extra bars printed after close (which shows off EMA a bit)?
There's no really hard rules when it comes to decide how many bars to display. I do 81 because it's easier to compare with BPA charts. You can do 78, you can include premarket ,you can trade off the 24h chart. I think it really depends on what you are most comfortable with.
NT has different trading hours settings you can choose from, and all of them can be manually modified as well.

Yes look for US equities RTH at the bottom of the list
