The S&P 500 is the underlying for the most active equity futures & futures options, Index Options, Volatility products and ETFs. It is what money managers use to benchmark their results. If you want to follow along with the analysis here, then stick to MES. All the charts and videos will be available to you for comparison to your own trading and you can grow into the larger size ES later.
